Projected Renovation Costs: Based on tentative reviews and analysis of quotations we estimate an All-In renovation cost of just under $500,000. The plan is to prioritize our projects as well as solicit matching and development funds from the County, State and Federal levels.
As a founding Benefactor, your contribution will be essential to establishing a viable and thriving entertainment facility for Eastern North Carolina. Your founding Benefactor dollars provide you a LIFETIME Membership in The Lodge at Roanoke Valley. Your name (or designee) will be recorded in all literature produced by The Lodge for the public. You will be forever recognized as a founding benefactor of this great facility.
After The Lodge is brought up to date and a 501c3 non-profit is created to conduct theatre programming and events, annual fundraising drives will solicit membership at the same levels described in Investor Benefits. If you would like to wait until establishment of a 501c3 to make a donation that would be terrific as well. As a FOUNDER your one-time investment now in 2009 entitles you to Lifetime membership. Investor Returns
Best efforts will be conducted by the ownership of The Lodge to earn income generated from programming. It is the desire and plan of the management to return full value to any and all early investors. Where possible, the plan is to return an additional 20% return above and beyond the full value of individual investments. However, as theatre businesses are typically a labor of love and do not typically generate groundbreaking profits, there are no guarantys or timelines.
